Edale Church

Edale Church, the description mentions that this image is looking north towards the church and Kinder plateau in the background. The building visible looks quite old and could be interesting to get in shot; the village will be similar to this style of house so I get the feeling that it will be quite picturesque. The field in this picture does reflect a lot of scenes I find in my searches but it's nice to see farm life in the shot - if they're around on the day it may be good for the time lapse option. If we go for the other option, they might be helpful although they won't be essential to the plan, just an added bonus. The background above the church and house is incredible, looming yet in the sunny daylight, not formidable. Hopefully we can get a shot that has these layers of depth on the day. This picture is also more likely the locations we'll be able to film at and so is more relevant to my research and planning.

From this picture, the one I posted before and some others I've found, I can see that the weather on location will be an important factor on the day of the shoot. With this in mind, I have looked up the 7 day forecast which may not be accurate yet as the seventh day is the Thursday - and so far, it's looking as though from two sources the predictions are sun/moderate cloud cover with mist towards the end of the day. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this throughout the week because it's likely to change.
